When we travel, it's not so much about seeing ever tourist site a destination has to offer. It's more about experiencing a place, finding unique adventures and little-known corners, and of course, it's about the food. We aim to provide an easy-to-read guide on locations we love. Each story will cover the basics, the must see's, the things you'd expect to do in each city or country, and a bit about our general experience. Then we'll include a section we call "To the left," yes named after the Byonce song, but also because our motto is that when there's a path unexplored, veer to the left. That's where we've found the most wonderful surprises. Last, we'll give you culinary suggestions in a "Flavor Found" section because like us, we know you want to literally take a bite out life and travel.
